HERE is a unique meditation practice that combines interactive exercises with meditation to restore peace and well-being. It offers game-like staring, breathing, and active finger exercises that engage both sides of the brain and help focus the wandering mind. Whether you're new to meditation or struggling to sit quietly for long periods, HERE provides a powerful and scientifically effective form of practice.

We understand that everyone is unique and that your preferences may change as you develop your own meditation practice. That's why HERE encourages you to explore and choose your own path by combining different elements each time you meditate. You can pick a theme as the focus of your session, choose an interactive exercise to enhance your mental state, select soothing ambient sounds or upbeat music, and engage in breathing, staring, swiping, or simply closing your eyes to reap the benefits of your meditation practice.

Meditation and mindfulness have gained significant interest due to the scientific understanding of the benefits they provide. In as little as three minutes, practicing HERE can help you sleep better, improve daily focus and clarity, reduce stress and anxiety, cope with trauma or difficult life circumstances, break unwanted patterns or cravings, feel more in control of your life, enhance mind-body and emotional connections, clear mental space on a daily basis, find meaning in life, and experience inner peace that can be shared with others.

HERE is not just about individual peace; it's also a global meditation movement for World Peace. By practicing HERE, your meditation minutes contribute to the World Peace Map. The simple but profound idea behind achieving world peace is that each of us must find inner peace. It is within ourselves that we connect to a newfound composure that can brighten the world around us.
